RJ Ceramics and the website www.rjceramics.co.uk are operated by R J Ceramics at Hillside Farm, Middlecot, Quarley, Andover, SP11 8PS

HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED BETWEEN YOU AND US

After you place an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order (“Order Confirmation”).  If we are unable to supply you with a Product, for example because that Product is not in stock, we will inform you of this by e-mail and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the Products, we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible.

OUR PRODUCTS

The images of the Products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours and products accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the Products. Your Products may vary slightly from those images. Every item made is unique and no two may be identical.

Although we have made effort to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated on our site are approximate only.

All Products shown on our site are subject to availability. We will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if the Product you have ordered is not available and we will not process your order if made.

CANCELLATION

If you are a consumer, you may cancel an order from any time after receiving your Order Confirmation until 14 days after you have received your item. Please note that this cancellation right does not apply in the case of any made to order or commissioned work where we have commenced work on the order.

To cancel an order, you must contact us by sending an e-mail to racheljonesceramics@gmail.com. 

Returns are accepted up to 14 days from receiving your items. Please see Delivery and returns.

Unfortunately as Made To Order and commissioned products are lovingly created just for you and are bespoke, we are unable to accept returns on these items.

Made To Order and commissioned products are exempt from our standard returns policy unless the product is faulty or the personalisation does not match your original request. Please check and double check your personalisation request to avoid any errors.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed after this date has passed.
